These terms govern use of Fretra as an operational SaaS platform for shipment management.

1. Service Scope | نطاق الخدمة

Fretra provides shipment lifecycle tracking, document workflows, reporting, and operational administration capabilities.

Customers are responsible for account credentials, user management, and access governance in their workspace.

Service availability targets and support commitments are defined by the subscribed package and commercial agreement.
